Sedal — Unilever
Beauty-tech experience with generative AI, letting the audience try looks in real time.
An AI marketing agency embeds generative models, computer vision and autonomous agents across the whole marketing journey — strategy, creative, production, activation and measurement — and not only in the final asset. The technology enters in what to produce and how to scale it, not only in how to shoot it.
Planetlambo is a Tech Market Lab operating as an AI marketing agency for brands worldwide, with its creative and production hub in Latin America. We work in two ways: directly with the brand, or as the technology partner of the creative agency the brand already has. We do not compete with the agency: we give it the technical layer that is not worth building in-house for a single project.
We cover everything from strategy to measurement. If what you need is specifically advertising production, it is detailed under AI production company; if it is visibility inside AI answers, under GEO.
Where AI moves the needle and where it does not. We define the territory, the content system and the quality criteria before producing a single asset.
Hybrid or fully generated content, from concept to hero assets and always-on formats. It is the practice we detail on our AI production company page.
AR, VR, interactive environments, magic mirrors and spatial experiences powered by computer vision, for retail, events and activations.
Multimodal agents for engagement, personalisation and real-time interaction, connected to the systems the brand already runs.
So that AI models find, understand and cite the brand when someone asks about its category. Ranking on Google stopped being enough.
Hands-on programmes so the brand team embeds generative AI into its daily operation, using its own briefs and its own brand book.
Measured against a comparable project from the same brand, not against an industry average. The range depends on the mix between generated and hybrid assets.
We only list campaigns whose AI production is already public in the press. The rest of the work exists, but it is not ours to tell.

Six questions that work for assessing anyone in the category, Planetlambo included.
Ask what happens after the first spot. An AI marketing agency has to explain how volume is sustained over twelve months, not how one hero asset got made once.
If the answer to everything is generative AI, that is a technical limitation dressed up as a creative position. Ask for a case where they recommended a traditional shoot.
If you already have a creative agency, ask how the work is split and who signs off on what. The answer should exist before the meeting, not be improvised in it.
Models drift. Ask for the calibration process against the brand book, who signs the QA and what happens when an asset fails it.
Your brief, your assets and your models should not train anything for another client. In writing, not as a verbal assurance.
"Faster and cheaper" is not a metric. Ask for the comparison against an equivalent project, with the baseline stated.
One that embeds generative models, computer vision and autonomous agents across the whole marketing journey — strategy, creative, production, activation and measurement — and not only in the final asset. The difference with a traditional agency that "uses AI" is where the technology enters: if it enters at production, it is a tool; if it enters in deciding what to produce and how to scale it, it changes the process.
No, and that is deliberate. We work in two ways: directly with the brand, or as the technology partner of the creative agency the brand already has. In the second case the agency keeps the idea and the client relationship, and we bring the technical layer — AI production, experiences, agents, martech — that is not worth building in-house for a single project.
Brand strategy and platform, AI advertising production and postproduction, immersive experiences (AR, VR, magic mirrors, computer vision), multimodal agents and martech, GEO and AI-first web audits, and workshops for in-house teams. They can be hired separately or as one system.
Against a comparable project from the same brand, not against an industry average. The metrics we track are production cost, time-to-market, asset volume, engagement and conversion. When there is no comparable project, we say so before starting instead of inventing a baseline.
Yes. The production hub is in Latin America — Buenos Aires and São Paulo — and we work for brands worldwide, including campaigns made for the Uruguayan market. We produce in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
There is no fixed rate. Three models: per project for closed campaigns, a monthly retainer for continuous flow, and innovation pilots with a contained budget to validate AI before committing to a full campaign. The pilot is usually the sensible entry point when the brand does not yet have its own criteria to judge the output.
